One of the best shows I've ever been to.

Best Show from the Beacon Run
I was lucky enough to catch all the shows PLQ played at the Beacon in Nov.-Dec. 2001, and this one stands out as being the most impressive. It was the night that George Harrison passed away, and the "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was powerful then, and even in this recording still conveys a powerful sense of mourning. The whole second set was tight as hell, with the transitions in and out of "Dark Star" as fluid as I saw this particular line-up play. As the above poster mentions, the "Tears of a Clown" was great, reminicent of some of the funkiest "Dancin' in the Streets"s from '76-'77.
